About The Position

The Executive Assistant to the President serves as a strategic administrative partner, providing high‑level executive and operational support to the President, Vision Care, LATAM & Canada Vision, and the Vision Care Leadership Team. This role enables executive effectiveness through proactive planning, prioritization, independent judgment, and disciplined execution across North America and Latin America.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including executive‑level support.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a global or highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including complex calendar management, global travel coordination, expense management, records administration, and leadership communications.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Office of the President, senior Johnson & Johnson leaders, and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and strong judgment.
  • Independently manage executive inbox and correspondence, prioritizing and surfacing critical communications while minimizing non‑essential activity.
  • Lead long‑range calendar planning, balancing business needs with executive effectiveness by protecting focus time, travel buffers, and key business milestones.
  • Coordinate complex leadership meetings, conferences, and multi‑day engagements, aligning agendas, logistics, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain leadership‑ready presentations, briefings, and documentation by assembling relevant data, metrics, and information.
  • Maintain executive Factbook materials and business reference resources in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Act on behalf of the President within enterprise systems including Outlook, Workday, ADP, and NAGs, monitoring workflows, approvals, and time‑sensitive actions.
  • Serve as liaison for EH&S office safety responsibilities, facilities requests, and departmental office supply coordination in accordance with corporate policies.
