MUST DO Serve as the go-to person for the LCS Head of School and Assistant Head of School, keeping their path clear of all non-essential tasks and decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES Anticipate the needs of the Head of School and proactively present solutions. Organize, execute, and manage a wide variety of projects. Responsible for coordinating yearly PIE meetings. Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management, responding to emails, booking travel, etc. Develop agendas for weekly meetings, record meeting notes, ensure proper follow-up, and prepare a variety of reports. Cultivate healthy relationships with staff by being an ambassador for the Head of School. Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs, and student organizations as directed. Assist the Director of Development as needed with weekly tasks and special projects.
