About The Position

Footlocker Inc is seeking an innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Global Technology Services team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The Executive Assistant will be a right-hand person to the CTO, ensuring optimal productivity and effectiveness in a fast-paced, demanding environment. As the Executive Assistant you will confidently communicate, collaborate, and interact with executive-level team members and external vendors to execute key multi-faceted administrative tasks. The ability to take initiative and remain extremely organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient is important. We are seeking an applicant with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, capable of partnering with stakeholders and handling high-level, sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology-based environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and act independently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between the CTO and internal and external engagements.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize the CTO’s schedule, emails, and tasks to maximize productivity.
  • Independently resolve complex issues delegated by the CTO.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of onsite and offsite training programs and events for the GTS department.
  • Manage the CTO’s expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for projects and initiatives.
  • Provide executive leadership with extensive and continuous domestic and international travel management, reservation and expense management, event registration and detailed meeting plan management.
  • Act as a representative of executive leadership and conduit for internal and external relations and correspondence.
  • Ensure that executive leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Support executive leadership with urgent and sensitive projects. along with presentation development, database management (Excel), and limited project management.
  • Oversee general office operations and give reports to the management.
