You Will CEO Time & Priority Management Own and manage the CEO’s calendar against company priorities Protect focus time, sequence meetings, and manage tradeoffs Anticipate needs through forward-looking planning Communication & Stakeholder Management Triage inbox and Slack; elevate high-signal items Draft, delegate, and resolve communications Serve as a polished point of contact internally and externally Meeting Prep & Follow-Through Ensure readiness with agendas, pre-reads, and materials Track decisions, commitments, and follow-ups Prepare briefs to increase meeting effectiveness Office of the CEO Operations Partner with the Chief of Staff on weekly planning and cadence Maintain simple systems to track priorities and actions Support consistency in how the CEO operates Confidential Matters Handle board, investor, and personnel materials with discretion Manage signatures and secure documentation Exercise strong judgment on escalation vs. resolution Travel & Logistics Own travel planning and complex logistics Coordinate leadership meetings and off-sites Support personal logistics of the CEO as needed Provide hospitality to office guests of the CEO You Have Executive Support Experience 8+ years experience, including supporting a C-suite leader Background in high-growth or fast-paced environments Judgment & Discretion Trusted with sensitive information Strong prioritization and decision instincts Operational Excellence Proven ownership of complex workflows High attention to detail and low error rate High standards for executive support Communication & Presence Clear, professional communicator Represents leadership with polish Proactivity & Systems Thinking Builds simple systems to reduce friction Anticipates needs and operates with urgency Logistics NYC-based with regular in-office presence Flexibility for off-hours support as needed Occasional travel with the CEO

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience, including supporting a C-suite leader

Responsibilities
