About The Position

We’re partnering confidentially with an early-stage AI company operating at the frontier of intelligent technology. With a small, highly collaborative team and ambitious goals, this organization is building quickly, solving complex problems, and creating with intention. As an early-stage environment, every person has meaningful ownership and direct influence on how the company grows. They’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to Founder who thrives where priorities shift quickly, decisions happen in real time, and no task is too small when it helps move the business forward. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. Designed as approximately 80% Executive Support and 20% Office Operations, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure inside fast-moving environments and balancing executive partnership with operational ownership. You’ll work directly alongside the Founder while helping create an office environment that allows the team to do its best work. As Executive Assistant to Founder, you will serve as a trusted extension of leadership—creating leverage, increasing executive effectiveness, and helping maintain momentum across the business. You’ll own executive operations including calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and follow-through while also supporting office operations and employee experience. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, exceptional organization, and a proactive mindset.
