About The Position

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the right hand to the owner of a growing landscape construction company. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating order from chaos, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll act as an extension of the owner by managing communications, coordinating priorities, tracking commitments, and ensuring projects and people continue moving forward.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a business owner, executive, or leadership team
  • Must live within 30 minutes of our office
  • Flexible schedule and availability when needed — this is not a traditional 9-5 role
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness
  • Comfortable using technology and modern business software

Responsibilities

  • Manage email and calendar communications
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items
  • Follow up with team members to ensure commitments are completed
  • Organize daily priorities and schedules
  • Support office administration and operations
  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities
  • Assist with personal errands and appointments when required
  • Coordinate meal planning and other personal support tasks
  • Lead and support special projects
