About The Position

Joseph J. Albanese is actively seeking a motivated and organized individual to assist in managing our growing Santa Clara office, reporting to the CFO. The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to the CFO. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized and will have a “get it done safely” attitude.

Requirements

  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Highly resourceful team player who is highly effective at working independently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Viewpoint Construction Software a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CFO with general clerical tasks, filing,
  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Reconciling credit card each month.
  • Liaison with board members and related travel.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintain records retention database, retrieval, and destruction.
  • Occasionally step in to cover reception, including phone calls and greeting guests.
