Executive Assistant to CEO

FAMILY HEALTH CENTERSOkanogan, WA
$82,243 - $91,400

About The Position

Family Health Centers is seeking a Special Assistant to the CEO—a high-level executive partner and true force multiplier for our Chief Executive Officer. This is not a typical administrative role. As Special Assistant, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership across our expanding rural healthcare network and subsidiaries. You will act as an essential link translating the CEO’s vision into organizational action, serving as an authorized surrogate in key meetings, diving deep into operational data alongside the COO, and driving high-stakes initiatives to 100% completion. If you want to make a tangible, lasting impact on community health outcomes while operating at the highest levels of executive leadership, this is your launchpad.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, draft communications, and synthesize large volumes of information rapidly.
  • Exceptional ability to gather facts, interview stakeholders, and present unbiased, actionable insights without emotional tilt.
  • Proven capability to speak with authority on behalf of C-suite executives while building warm, trusting relationships at every level of the organization.
  • Flawless track record of managing sensitive personnel, financial, and organizational data with complete confidentiality.
  • Advanced project management skills with zero tolerance for dropped balls or untracked action items.
  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) strongly preferred.
  • Significant background in high-level executive support, strategic administration, or operational project management.
  • Experience within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or rural healthcare setting is highly valued, though candidates with strong transferable skills from other complex sectors are encouraged to apply!
