The Senior Executive Assistant manages the executive office as a central point of coordination, independently establishing priorities, resolving competing demands, and determining the appropriate handling of sensitive and time-critical matters. The role supports the executive on business priorities, commitments, stakeholder concerns, and emerging issues, exercising judgment to escalate, redirect, or resolve matters within delegated authority. The position serves as a trusted liaison to senior executive leaders, employees, clients, regulators, Board members and external partners; coordinates executive-sponsored projects and cross-functional initiatives; and synthesizes business, financial, operational, and organizational information into executive briefings, presentations, reports, and decision materials. Expected outcomes include timely completion of key commitments, effective information flow, operational discipline, and consistent executive support practices.
