About The Position

We're seeking an elite Executive Assistant to support Co-Founder Alex Hormozi and maximize the quality, focus, and output of his time. Alex operates in fully planned days with no white space, high cognitive load, and constant inbound demands. Your job is to ensure his time is continuously allocated to the highest-leverage work available, without friction, delay, or unnecessary decision-making. You'll operate as a time coach and executive partner responsible for actively engineering his time. You'll anticipate needs, estimate effort and time requirements, and independently rearrange, compress, and continuously sequence the calendar in real time to protect flow and eliminate white space. You'll block, defer, or redirect low-value work before it reaches him. This is a fast-paced, high-trust, gold-standard environment. Feedback is direct and kind, ownership is assumed, and execution is the baseline. If you thrive on precision, decisiveness, and responsibility for outcomes, not tasks, you will thrive here.

Requirements

  • Executive-level judgment and time fluency, with a demonstrated ability to estimate effort accurately, prioritize tradeoffs, and make independent decisions on behalf of a Co-Founder.
  • Senior executive support experience, with 5+ years partnering with founders, Co-Founders, C-level executives, or high-net-worth individuals in fast-paced, high-output environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, delivering signal only, adapting tone precisely, and operating comfortably in direct, high-expectation environments.
  • Systems-oriented and highly responsive, with fluency in modern productivity and project management tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace, and comfort operating with urgency, dynamic schedules, and availability outside standard business hours.
  • High discretion and emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle sensitive information, shifting priorities, and pressure without drama or loss of effectiveness.
  • Strong ownership mindset and bias for execution, demonstrated by anticipating needs, solving problems independently, and closing loops completely.

Responsibilities

  • Own and actively engineer the Co-Founder's time across professional and personal calendars, ensuring every minute is intentionally allocated to the highest-leverage priorities and continuously rebalanced in real time to protect focus, flow, and momentum.
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for time, triaging all inbound requests, projects, and opportunities by accurately estimating time and cognitive cost before they reach the Co-Founder and filtering out low-leverage work across email, Slack, and other inbound channels.
  • Drive meetings and commitments to clear outcomes, including agenda preparation, decision clarity, documentation, owner assignment, and consistent loop closure, using tools like Google Docs and Asana without reminders or escalation.
  • Manage communications end to end as an extension of the Co-Founder, drafting responses in his voice, filtering noise, and handling workflows independently across email and Slack to eliminate distraction and unnecessary context switching.
  • Own execution of priority initiatives and operating systems, including internal operations, media workflows, and special projects, using Asana to make commitments visible, surface risks early, and ensure predictable delivery.
  • Ensure flawless execution of logistics across work and life, including travel, events, speaking engagements, and personal priorities, coordinating details through Google Workspace with proactive planning, layered contingencies, and availability outside standard business hours when required.
