Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Assistant/Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide operational support on complex projects supporting a critical mission in the Indo-Pacific region. This critical role demands a dedicated professional with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the USPACOM / CCMD structure, functions, and protocols. A successful candidate must be adept at working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, exercising sound judgment and discretion while maintaining strict confidentiality. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Honolulu, HI and a Secret clearance is required at the time of hire.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior military officers up to (GO/FO) or Senior Executive Service (SES) government officials
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Political Science, Communications). Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working within the Department of War (DoW) or other government agencies
  • Active Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior military Executive Officer or similar with knowledge and familiarity of front office protocols
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g. PowerApps & PowerBI)

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing commitments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the front office
  • Track and monitor action items, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion
  • Coordinate with other staff within the front office to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate and organized files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring easy retrieval of information
  • Support the draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memoranda, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and discussions
