I am looking for a highly organized, discreet, fast-moving Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant to support me across multiple businesses in legal, investing, and operations. This is not a passive admin role. I need someone who can help me buy back time, reduce noise, protect my calendar, manage follow-through, and keep priorities moving without constant hand-holding. You will work closely with me on inbox triage, scheduling, hiring coordination, action-item tracking, and day-to-day execution support. What success looks like My inbox is organized and only the right items reach me My calendar is protected and priorities are scheduled intentionally Hiring moves faster and more cleanly Open loops are tracked and followed through I spend less time on coordination and more time on high-value work
