Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and/or operations roles
  • Exposure to billing, invoicing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Responsibilities

  • Handle billing and invoicing processes
  • Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding (customers and employees)
  • Assist with customer project coordination and management
  • Handle vendor communications and coordination
  • Help maintain smooth day-to-day operational workflows
