About The Position

E2B is a fast-growing Series A startup with 8-figure revenue, having raised over $37M since its founding in 2023. The company is building the next hyperscaler for AI agents and is experiencing rapid growth. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational backbone that supports the fast-paced environment and the rapid expansion of the team. The position involves providing direct support to the CEO and CTO, managing their schedules, travel, and board meeting preparations, as well as overseeing the operations of the San Francisco office, including vendor management, equipment, bills, and new-hire setups.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in an EA, office manager, business operations, or chief-of-staff-support role.
  • Ability to move at a startup pace, adapting to constant shifts while maintaining high detail orientation.
  • Strong prioritization instinct, able to identify and address urgent tasks without direct instruction.
  • Working knowledge of US benefits, including enrollment cycles, employee questions about insurance, and experience working with brokers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting communications and coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
  • Willingness to work in person from San Francisco, 5 days a week.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior direct support of a founder, CEO, or other C-level operator.
  • Experience with board operations, including deck preparation, board portal management, and investor coordination.
  • Multi-entity or international experience (US + EU).
  • Fluency in the modern startup operations stack: Notion, Slack, Brex, Rippling, Carta, Google Workspace.
  • Exposure to early-stage People Ops or recruiting coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Own our CEO's calendar, prioritizing ruthlessly and protecting deep-work time.
  • Run logistics for board meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating with investors.
  • Book travel for the CEO and visiting team members, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and reservations.
  • Manage new hire onboarding end-to-end, ensuring equipment is ready, accounts are provisioned, and all necessary arrangements are made for their first day.
  • Administer employee benefits, including managing enrollment, answering employee questions, and working with the broker.
  • Manage office vendors and bills, overseeing supplies, equipment, snacks, and building-related services.
  • Act as the operational backbone for miscellaneous tasks that arise, taking ownership until they are resolved or reassigned.
