About The Position

GuideTech, a subsidiary of Palladyne AI (NASDAQ: PYDN), is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant & Office Manager who will help manage our office in Lenexa, Kansas. GuideTech is a rapidly growing aerospace company developing high-performance avionics and autonomy software for defense, space, and advanced unmanned systems. We support a wide range of platforms, from small UAVs to spacecraft, helping bring complex technologies from concept through flight-ready capability. This full-time role plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly through scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day administrative coordination, helping teams stay focused, organized, and able to deliver meaningful work.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Experience supporting executives directly
  • Exposure to reporting or budget tracking

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems

Responsibilities

  • Office management through calendar management, scheduling, coordinating office services, office events, and administrative support for executives.
  • Oversee logistics for executive travel, meetings, and follow up items
  • Prepare recurring reports using Microsoft Excel and internal tools
  • Track and organize data related to budgets, project hours, and internal reporting
  • Review invoices and assist with basic financial documentation and tracking
  • Support onboarding logistics and general administrative processes
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and office supplies
