About The Position

This role sits in our Orlando, FL offices, and this person is required to be on-site 4 days/ week. As an Executive Assistant at Walt Disney World Resort, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executives and contributing to the seamless operation of the organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and works independently with moderate supervision. You will be part of a team that helps protect and strengthen Walt Disney World’s reputation and relationships by building trust with the community, stakeholders and media.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clean grammar and robust vocabulary.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and manage competing demands.
  • Demonstrated organizational and follow-through skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information with reliability and discretion.
  • Enthusiastic, service-minded attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Administrative experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multiple executives.
  • Knowledge of The Walt Disney Company culture, structure, and operating practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP (Concur, Field Representative, Employee ESS, Casual Buyer, etc.).
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for executives, ensuring smooth operations and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Proactively manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain an active calendar that ensures the timely registration of recurring certifications and educational courses, registration in annual membership organizations and the submittal of time-sensitive documents to legal.
  • Prepare agendas, executive-level presentations, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Handle invoices, purchase orders, ticket processing, inventory/amenity management and office administration tasks.
  • Event support and administrative support tasks to coordinate planning and execution of events with media and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on projects by conducting research, writing, and fact-checking.
  • Act as the primary contact for incoming communication, ensuring professionalism and discretion.
