Aleknagik Natives Limited (ANL) is seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to serve as its next Executive Assistant & Board Member Coordinator. This is a unique leadership support position that sits at the center of executive operations, board governance, and strategic execution. This is a hybrid full-time position, with travel to Aleknagik, Dillingham, and other locations as required. As ANL continues to implement its Strategic Plan, this role will become a critical member of the executive team, ensuring that our President/CEO and Board of Directors are supported by exceptional coordination, organization, and follow-through. This is far more than a traditional administrative position. Position Summary Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Executive Assistant & Board Member Coordinator provides high-level executive and governance support to the ANL leadership team. This position serves as the primary coordinator for the Board of Directors while managing executive scheduling, travel, communications, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. The individual selected for this role will help ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time, enabling ANL leadership to focus on long-term strategy, shareholder services, partnerships, and organizational growth.
