Executive Assistant and Workplace Experience Manager

Honeydew•New York, NY
•Onsite

About The Position

Honeydew is seeking an Executive Assistant and Workplace Experience Manager to support seven leaders and oversee the day-to-day experience of its New York City office. The role is a force multiplier for the leadership team: learning each leader’s preferences, protecting their time, and taking routine work off their plates so they can focus on important decisions. The position owns NYC office operations, including keeping the space clean, stocked, and ready to use; coordinating with IT on AV and equipment; managing vendors and building relationships; tracking the office budget; and helping resolve workplace issues. It also supports an equitable hybrid experience by considering remote colleagues in meetings and events, ensuring appropriate equipment and setup, and welcoming visiting remote team members. The role will support leadership meetings and operating rhythms, offsites, interview scheduling and senior-candidate visits, retreats, team gatherings, and People Ops programs. It will handle confidential compensation, personnel, and strategy information with discretion. The position is onsite at Honeydew’s West Village office and will help coordinate the NYC office move with both buildings and movers.
