About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, professional Operations / Administrative Support person to assist with both business and household logistics. This is not a childcare-focused role, but rather a structured administrative position with some hands-on household support. Over time, the role will be approximately 75% administrative / business support and 25% household logistics, with flexibility during the onboarding period.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to save files, edit documents, and manage digital systems
  • Familiar with the city (not new to the area)
  • Comfortable handling invoicing and receipts

Nice To Haves

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles
  • Lives reasonably close in Roncesvalles (not commuting long distances)

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and book meetings
  • Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, and ground transportation)
  • Draft and send emails based on direction
  • Print, scan, file, and organize documents
  • Track expenses and organize receipts
  • Assist with light invoicing and bookkeeping preparation
  • Coordinate couriers, shipments, and document drop-offs
  • Provide after-school snacks for the children
  • Support basic household organization
  • Conduct occasional in-person check-ins with the client
