The Leadership Team Executive Administrative Assistant directly supports a Leadership Team Member and/or provide consistent, extensive board level support, along with providing support to a high level executive. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs an unlimited range of duties which are complex; provides support to an LT Member and segment. Answers the telephone, prepares, edits and composes advanced correspondence that is confidential and time-sensitive in nature. Maintains and establishes reports or files. Proactively provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available. Schedules, coordinates and makes arrangements for meetings. Gathers data, types and consolidates reports. May complete special projects, and perform special tasks such as budgeting and/or variance reporting. Organizes or directs work flow. Performs other duties as assigned.
