The Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to a Chobani Executive. This role involves handling multifaceted department logistics, managing calendars for meetings and conferences, coordinating travel and event management, and submitting travel and expense reports. The assistant will prioritize and handle internal and external correspondence, coordinate complex schedules, and plan customer-facing meetings. Responsibilities include agenda coordination, attendee logistics, room setup, catering, materials preparation, follow-up tracking, and ensuring a polished experience. The role also requires researching various topics, exercising independent judgment with confidential information, and providing executive, administrative, and analytical support. Composing and finalizing complex correspondence, reports, and documents, assisting with planning initiatives, maintaining filing systems and departmental records, and representing the Executive in their absence are key duties. Additionally, the position offers light office management support, including coordinating onsite meeting logistics, ordering office supplies, liaising with vendors, and ensuring a seamless employee and visitor experience. Special projects and other tasks as assigned will also be part of the role.
