This position provides administrative assistance to leadership and all other office personnel in University Research Compliance (URC). The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice President for Research Compliance and other office personnel, managing the day-to-day operations including their daily schedule. This role involves securing appointments, scheduling meetings, ensuring administrative actions are completed timely, obtaining signatures for documents, providing hospitality, and handling copying/scanning/shredding of requested documents.
