Marvell's semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities. At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead. Your Team, Your Impact The Multimarket Business Group (MBG) is one of Marvell's core business units, delivering the semiconductor solutions, software, and platforms that power a broad range of end markets — including storage, carrier, enterprise networking, security, and automotive. Cary Ussery leads MBG Engineering as Senior Vice President, overseeing a global engineering organization spanning software and firmware development, quality assurance, platform execution, hardware validation, and customer solutions. The team's work directly impacts products that generate a significant portion of Marvell's revenue, and its software and solutions support both MBG and Marvell's broader Custom Cloud Solutions portfolio. With teams distributed across the US, India, Israel, and beyond, MBG Engineering operates at scale across multiple time zones and product lines, requiring strong cross-functional coordination and executive-level partnership. Corporate CTO Office — Noam Mizrahi, EVP & Corporate CTO The Corporate CTO Office is Marvell's center of technology vision and long-term innovation strategy. Noam Mizrahi, Executive Vice President and Corporate Chief Technology Officer, reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for defining and advancing Marvell's technology roadmap across the full span of the company's semiconductor portfolio. The CTO Office partners with business units and customers to explore advanced technologies — including AI, silicon photonics, CXL, and next-generation data center architectures — and empowers Marvell's global technical community through programs focused on innovation, knowledge sharing, and leadership development. Noam is a recognized industry thought leader and represents Marvell at major technology conferences and customer engagements worldwide. Together, these two organizations represent the intersection of Marvell's engineering execution and technology strategy — operating at the highest levels of the company and engaging with executives, customers, and cross-functional partners on a daily basis.
