Ensuring efficient handling of incoming calls, visitors, and emails, developing files, records, schedules, and agendas are key aspects of this role. The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective fulfillment of current and future administrative needs of the organization, including organizing meetings and business trips, and greeting visitors while addressing their requirements and inquiries.
