About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant performs operational duties to support the Executive Director of the CME to ensure the operations of the CME comply with the OhioRISE contract with highest quality. The Executive Administrative Assistant will supervise and manage the Quality Assurance Coordinator and the Outreach/Admissions Coordinators in Lorain and Medina County.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors’ Degree required.
  • Possesses skill, knowledge and abilities to perform the essential duties of their role; keeps knowledge up to date.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight, supervision, training, and management of the Quality Assurance Coordinator and the Outreach and Admissions Coordinators in Lorain and Medina.
  • Ensure QI and QA tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that outreach efforts are maintained to the standards in the related contract. Help identify inefficiency and streamline practices.
  • Review and check monthly billing for complete and accurate billing of the CME activities.
  • Assist the Executive Director in maintaining a system for tracking and tackling agency-level tasks.
  • Take the lead on any information requests that come to the Executive Director from Aetna and ODM. When needed, seek programmatic information from leaders.
  • Support executive communications as needed.
  • Support the department as assigned during regulatory surveys and reviews.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going trainings.
  • Maintain all required trainings, certifications and licensure. All must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
  • Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client’s treatment. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
