U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support leaders within the Technology organization. This role will report to a senior technology leader and provide shared administrative support to multiple leaders across the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑service oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This position plays a key role in enabling technology leaders to stay focused on strategic initiatives by ensuring strong day‑to‑day administrative support and coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally supporting multiple leaders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of personalities
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting leaders within a technology or corporate environment
  • Familiarity with event planning or team logistics coordination
  • Prior experience using Workday or similar HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple technology leaders, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support Workday-related tasks and other internal administrative processes
  • Assist with event planning logistics for quarterly offsites, town halls, and team meetings (flights, agendas, logistics, coordination)
  • Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations and reports, including materials for staff meetings, recognition activities, and anniversaries
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for leaders and partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Partner with another administrative professional to ensure consistent coverage and workload balance across the leadership team
