About The Position

Performs advanced diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience skills and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: production and interpretation of reports addressing reporting issues conducting routine assignments and analysis participating in special projects responding to information and data requests documenting and recommending enhancements to processes and procedures. Interact with related internal and external customers on a routine basis. Works under general supervision. Relies on multiple years of experience to plan and accomplish assigned task and goals. Requires 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of post high school level academic work some college and relevant work experience. Associate's degree preferred. Experience in developing presentations and spreadsheet reports and demonstrated proficiency in analytics strongly desired. Key Responsibilities - Provide direct administrative support to the VP including calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements. - Coordinate meetings and events including agenda creation logistics and follow-up on action items. - Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders ensuring timely communication and alignment. - Manage expense reporting purchase orders and budget tracking as needed. - Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
