About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and executive support to different departments and managers within the company. This role leads in analytical and specialized administrative support to executives, administrative, and staff managers of complex duties. The position recommends process improvements, compiles data and prepares reports. It also leads activities and events between departments, ensuring incoming calls, visitors, and emails are responded to efficiently. The role develops all files, records, schedules and agendas, and is responsible for the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective fulfillment of current and future administrative needs of the organization. Additionally, the Executive Administrative Assistant organizes meetings and business trips (tickets, taxis, hotel reservations, etc.) for company employees and visitors, and greets visitors in the office, addressing their requirements and inquiries to the respective employees from different departments.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
