Organize and coordinate meetings, including room arrangements, catering, and logistics. Manage complex travel arrangements such as flights, ground transportation, and hotel/restaurant reservations for LT members in New Providence. Support leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives. Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for LT members. Assist with internal and external audits. Provide guidance on Shared Service Center processes. Support internal communications, including general announcements. Enter and track purchase requisitions to ensure timely processing of payments. Maintain employee email distribution groups. Organize and facilitate the monthly North America Employee Update meeting. Manage ScreenCloud communications and content. Coordinate executive visits to the site. Plan and execute site events, including the annual holiday party and other employee engagement events. Details:

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
