Support leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives. Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for LT members. Assist with internal and external audits. Provide guidance on Shared Service Center processes. Support internal communications, including general announcements. Enter and track purchase requisitions to ensure timely processing of payments. Maintain employee email distribution groups. Organize and facilitate the monthly North America Employee Update meeting. Manage ScreenCloud communications and content.
