About The Position

As an Executive Assistant at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive leadership in our Crystal City, VA and Washington, DC offices, with a core focus on our Senior Vice President of Government Relations and our Vice President and General Counsel, Defense & Space and Electronic Solutions. Your ability to coordinate fast-paced and constantly shifting schedules, manage domestic and international travel, and facilitate executive-level meetings and events will be critical to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, travel and in some cases group e-mails for two primary senior executives and other members of the leadership team as needed.
  • Take a leadership role in occasional event planning, customer visit engagements and related activities.
  • Facilitate recordkeeping and electronic organization for the Legal and Government Relations Departments.
  • Assist in management of outside counsel, consultants and vendor billings.
