The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a strategic business partner supporting multiple executive leaders at the VP level within ACM, with both executive operations and broader functional team effectiveness. This role requires exceptional communication skills, operational excellence, strong business acumen, and the ability to build relationships across finance, leadership, and enterprise teams. In addition to providing high-level executive support, this individual will help drive organizational rhythm and operational consistency for the finance organization through coordination of key processes, meetings, communications, and leadership cadences. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative environment, demonstrates strong executive presence, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This role is onsite in Lafayette, CO.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in an administrative support role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to ACM leadership team, proactively anticipating needs and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Build strong relationships across the enterprise, including executive leadership, cross functional partners, business teams, and administrative staff
  • Support the broader ACM Leadership Team through coordination, communication, and operational alignment
  • Foster collaboration and partnership across administrative teams and key stakeholders
  • Operate with a high level of professionalism, discretion, judgment, and executive presence
  • Help drive organizational effectiveness by supporting consistent operating mechanisms and leadership cadences within the ACM organization
  • Coordinate and manage recurring functional area operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and team communications
  • Assist in developing and maintaining organizational processes, tracking mechanisms, and follow-up systems to support team execution and accountability
  • Support agenda development, meeting preparation, action item tracking, and follow-through for functional leadership meetings
  • Help establish efficient workflows and communication channels
  • Partner with functional leaders and administrative teams to improve coordination and operational consistency
  • Draft and manage executive communications, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Manage complex executive calendaring with competing priorities and high levels of coordination
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and timely
  • Support department events, leadership offsites, and strategic meetings
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
