About The Position

As an Executive Administrator supporting the Vice President of Seagate Research, you will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and organizational execution. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and serves as a trusted partner in coordinating complex activities, managing information flow, and supporting operational rhythm across the organization. You will: Provide high‑level calendar and scheduling support across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities and anticipating conflicts Act as a key coordination point between the VP, leadership team members, and cross‑functional partners Support preparation and follow‑up for leadership meetings, reviews, and key engagements Assist with tracking actions, deliverables, and timelines to ensure follow‑through on commitments Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to support business operations, planning activities, and team logistics Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as needed, adapting to changing priorities

Requirements

  • Several years of experience supporting senior leaders, program leaders, or complex organizations
  • Demonstrated success managing executive calendars, meetings, and priorities
  • Experience coordinating across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, or Operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment is a plus
  • Experience working in SAP for Procurement, Shipping, Asset Tracking, and Capital Appropriation is a plus

Responsibilities
