Execution Planning Manager
About The Position
The Execution Planning Manager is responsible for leading the creation of an execution plan during the proposal period (prior to project award). After a project is awarded, this role leads the enhancement of the execution plan and aligns it with the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle. The Execution Planning Manager will utilize Zachry’s Project Execution Planning Process (ZPEPP®) to ensure proper project planning and execution, including the implementation of the AWP process. It is expected that this individual will eventually follow an assigned project to the field in a leadership capacity, such as General Field Superintendent or AWP Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in execution planning.
- Familiarity with project execution planning processes.
- Knowledge of AWP process implementation.
- Leadership capabilities for field roles (General Field Superintendent or AWP Manager).
