About The Position

The Execution Planning Coordinator will work alongside a designated Execution Planning Manager to support the creation of an execution plan during the proposal period (prior to project award). Once the project is awarded, the Coordinator will enhance the execution plan and align it with the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle. This role utilizes Zachry’s Project Execution Planning Process (ZPEPP®) to facilitate proper project planning and execution, including the implementation of the AWP process. There is an expectation that this individual will eventually follow an assigned project to the field in an elevated capacity, such as Superintendent or Workface Planner.

Requirements

• Understanding of project execution planning.
• Familiarity with Zachry’s Project Execution Planning Process (ZPEPP®).
• Knowledge of the AWP process.
• Ability to work alongside an Execution Planning Manager.
• Willingness to transition to field roles such as Superintendent or Workface Planner.

Responsibilities
