About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois elementary school to recruit two dedicated Special Education Teachers for the upcoming school year. Whether your passion is working with early elementary learners or upper elementary students, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive, student-centered environment. Each position serves a self-contained classroom designed to meet the unique learning needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. One opening supports 1st and 2nd grade students, while the second serves 3rd through 5th grade learners. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, celebrate student growth, and create engaging learning experiences that encourage academic achievement, communication, and independence. Success in this role comes from creating a structured classroom where every student feels valued and supported. You'll design individualized instruction, implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive educational support. Your creativity, flexibility, and dedication will help students reach milestones both inside and outside the classroom.

Requirements

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement
