Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Possess an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement or be eligible to obtain appropriate state licensure.
Demonstrate strong collaboration, effective communication, and a commitment to helping elementary students succeed in an inclusive educational environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
