About The Position

Trinity College London is looking for an Exam Delivery Coordinator (Digital Exams) to support the delivery of Trinity's digital exam offering. You will be involved in administrative and operational processes to deliver qualifications across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers and other stakeholders with high quality customer service
  • Advise customers on assessment options and procedures
  • Support the Exam Delivery team with day to day administrative tasks to ensure processes are running effectively
  • Deliver tasks associated with Digital Exam products, ensuring time sensitive tasks consistently meet deadlines
