About The Position

The EVS Tech helps maintain hospital areas in a neat, orderly, sanitary, and safe condition. The role performs environmental services duties such as cleaning and sanitizing assigned spaces, including lounges, restrooms, exam rooms, and offices; restocking disposable supplies; and operating cleaning equipment in accordance with safety and procedural guidelines. The position is expected to complete assignments on time, follow department and medical center policies, and ensure equipment is in operating order before use.

• Ensure equipment is in operating order before use.
• Use vacuum cleaners in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor care machines and steam sterilizers.
