About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service within the casino and front-of-house/back-of-house areas. The position involves developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures superior guest service, adhering to all regulatory and company policies, and possessing knowledge of promotions and events. Key duties include cleaning and maintaining restrooms, emptying trash, maintaining dining areas, wiping down machines, ensuring floors are free of clutter, and vacuuming designated areas. The role also requires ensuring staff perform duties effectively, answering radio calls professionally, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time
Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds
Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs
Frequently required to reach overhead
Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Responsibilities

Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
Knowledge of all promotions and events
Men’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintained
Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house
Associate Dinning Room maintained
Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean
Floor clean of clutter
Vacuum where designated
Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability
Answer radio calls and communicate professionally
All other duties as assigned
