About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and service standards within the casino and front-of-house/back-of-house areas. The position involves adhering to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies, as well as knowledge of promotions and events. Key duties include cleaning and maintaining restrooms, emptying trash, maintaining dining areas, cleaning machines, ensuring floors are free of clutter, vacuuming, responding to radio calls, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time.
Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high.
Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds.
Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs.
Frequently required to reach overhead.
Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time.
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
Knowledge of all promotions and events.
Men’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintained.
Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house.
Associate Dining Room maintained.
Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean.
Floor clean of clutter.
Vacuum where designated.
Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability.
Answer radio calls and communicate professionally.
All other duties as assigned.
