About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the casino environment, including cleaning service areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The position requires timely completion of guest requests and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Must adhere to key control policies.
Responsibilities
- Pans/brooms and vacuum carpets, polishes furniture, glass, mirrors, brass, vending machines etc.
- Clean all service areas bathrooms daily, maintain service area closets.
- Responsible for picking up dirty linen and trash from maids’ carts and hallways.
- Complete guest request in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for trash removal and wiping down trash cans from all public and back of the house areas.
- Returns all equipment to Supervisor at end of shift.
- Report’s emergency repairs to Management immediately and strictly adheres to key control policies.
- Completes special assignments for upper management as requested.
- Other Duties as assigned.
