About The Position
Responsible for maintaining public and back-of-house spaces within a facility clean and safe. This includes removing litter from guest areas, cleaning ashtrays, slot machines, spills, and broken glass. The role also involves cleaning and stocking restrooms, cleaning various offices, lounges, and gift shops, removing hazards, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, emptying ashtrays and trash receptacles, wiping down surfaces, and performing other housecleaning tasks. Additionally, the position requires greeting customers, answering their questions, and relaying customer needs to other employees or supervisors.
Requirements
- Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks as requested.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, to include nights, holidays and weekends.
