About The Position

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time or part-time EVS Attendant, Cleaners, Janitor, Custodian, Porter in the Tunica Mississippi area. TBC is a leader in providing support services to the absolute best clients in the hospitality and gaming industries. Our environmental services (EVS) division, that includes EVS Attendants, Cleaners, Janitors, Custodians, and Porters, provide contract-based janitorial services in hospitality and public areas of commercial spaces. This commercial cleaning job earns $10.00 and up/hour for Grave Shift, depending on experience. Requirements

21 years old or older
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general janitorial tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and being on your feet for an entire shift
Customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience would be a plus!
Fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Prefers to be on your feet moving around.
Honest and respectful of people's privacy and property.

Responsibilities

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pulling the trash, disinfecting surfaces, or replenishing supplies.
Ensuring that assigned restrooms and areas are always in compliance with standards.
Conducting regular walkarounds.
Reporting maintenance repair problems to supervisor.
Making sure that all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis.
