About The Position

Partner Community Capital (PCAP) is searching for a bold, strategic, and values-aligned Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. If you are energized by the intersection of rigorous financial strategy and meaningful social impact, and if you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation, adaptability, and grit matter as much as technical mastery, we want to hear from you. As EVP & CFO, you will serve as a key thought partner to the President & CEO and the Executive Leadership Team. You will lead PCAP’s financial strategy, long-range planning, and investor relations while overseeing audit, finance, loan servicing, and treasury functions. This is a seat at the table where decisions are made and your financial acumen will directly influence our capacity to lend more, grow further, and deepen our impact.
