About The Position

We’re hiring a dependable Evis Labourer for our Forge Pl distribution warehouse. Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry is looking for someone who is high-energy and motivated. Requirements
- Able to lift and move product (up to approximately 25 kg / 55 lbs).
Nice To Haves
- Forklift license preferred but not required; training provided for committed hires.
- Any sort of food processing experience

Responsibilities
- Rotation of all jobs on the evisceration line
- Cutting of raw poultry to CFIA standards
- Removing of inedible parts
- Trimming and salvaging of poultry
- Handling of raw poultry in preparation for packaging
- Maintain and adhere to all company policies and SOP's
- Adhere to all HACCP and WorkSafeBC requirements
- Help in other departments as required
