About The Position
The Evidence based Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, oversight, and performance of assigned evidence based programs. Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and data tracking related to crisis services Support program growth, improvement initiatives, and implementation of best practices Supervise, coach, and support clinical and non-clinical crisis staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. It is not intended to include every duty or responsibility that may be required of employees in this position.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory or management experience, required
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field, required
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
