Requirements

  • Genuine passion for marketing and a natural curiosity about what makes campaigns connect with people
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent relationship building/strong collaboration skills, with positive, professional attitude focused on results and delivering value to clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also crushing independent tasks.
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to learn (and ask lots of questions).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or if graduating immediately after the work term, the full work term must be a mandatory component to graduate successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in developing and executing consideration campaigns and partnerships designed to reach Canadians at every point in their banking journey.
  • Support the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams to bring new offers to market seamlessly.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, document meetings, track action items, and ensure everyone stays aligned and on schedule.
  • Dive into campaign performance reporting to understand what’s working and where there’s opportunity, spot trends and contribute ideas that shape future strategies.
  • Develop marketing materials and decks that communicate our vision clearly to both internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Build relationships across teams and with external partners.
