D'Addario is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Events & Office Coordinator to support event planning and execution while serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and office operations each afternoon. This part-time position works Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and plays a key role in creating positive experiences for customers, guests, and employees alike. This role serves as an essential partner in coordinating customer visits, tours, business meetings, and employee events while providing professional front desk coverage and supporting day-to-day office and facilities operations. The position offers hands-on experience in project coordination, event management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
