Additionally, the role provides administrative support such as coordinating meetings, preparing documents, assisting with budget tracking and invoice processing, maintaining organized records, and supporting departmental communication. Relationship management is also a key aspect, involving building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, community partners, and event attendees, serving as a professional representative of the organization, and collaborating with other departments.
