Lending Coordinator/Assistant (6 Month Assignment)

About The Position

The coordinator would take ownership of recurring work, including policy updates and document formatting, SOAP reporting, accounts payable, invoicing, expense processing, calendar and meeting scheduling, event and meeting planning, research and information gathering, general administrative support, and budget management and updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years administrative experience (executive experience preferred) that required good decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and prepare professional and accurate business documents.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Credit Union products and services, features, and benefits.
  • Two-year college degree in general business or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills as demonstrated by situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Able to interact effectively with members, staff, all levels of management, board members and volunteers.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with management, employees, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and manage conflict in a positive, professional, and productive manner.
  • Functions effectively within a team environment by working to the best interest of the team and organization as a whole.
